The balances in the region have been turned upside down due to renounce the United States’ support to Muslim Brotherhood and the termination from the Greater Middle East Project. Qatar is watching in a different way from other Gulf countries. It did not interrupt its contact with the Muslim Brotherhood and it did not accept leaving of Khaled Mashal, Hamas’s political bureau chief, from the country. So Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and U.A.E. had withdrawn its ambassadors from Qatar.
Khaled Mashal, Hamas’s political bureau chief, is currently vacant due to leaving from Damascus before the Syrian crisis –also at the request of Turkiye-. Hamas re-working to strengthen its relations with Iran like the old days.
